Brenda Bolander is a seasoned financial professional with a distinguished career in both public service and private financial planning. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS™).
Brenda previously served as Comptroller for the State of Oklahoma, where she chaired the Cash Management and Investment Oversight Commission and served as a trustee for the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System. She also dedicated over a decade to the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust Board of Investors, contributing to the long-term financial stewardship of public health initiatives.
As an active member of the Financial Planning Association, the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of CPAs, Brenda was honored in 2019 as the Outstanding Member in Business & Industry by the Oklahoma Society of CPAs.
Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Oklahoma and has let numerous seminars on personal finance. She has a commitment to empowering others through financial education and strategic insight. She has contributed to a book which centers on the concept of change leadership that helps guide organizations through major transformations by inspiring and motivating people.
A graduate of Leadership Northwest, Brenda lives in Oklahoma City with her husband, John. They are proud parents of two adult children and grandparents of two grandchildren.
